The Law Firm CURUTCHET - ODRIOZOLA was founded in 1970, as a result of the merger of two law firms of long standing: Koch & Curutchet (1882) and Odriozola Law Firm (1951).

The firm offers a full range of legal services, with special emphasis on domestic and international corporate matters. Over the years, it has consolidated its expertise on issues referred to commercial, corporate, banking and financial law, administrative law, mergers and acquisitions, taxes, labour law, insurance, transport, mining, energy and environmental law, intellectual property and Internet. It has also a strong Litigation Department covering any type of matters in the different jurisdictions, including civil, commercial and labour cases, pledge and mortgage foreclosures, business crime, administrative matters, judicial reorganizations and bankruptcy. The professional staff of the Law Firm is formed by 19 attorneys and a network of outside counsel in different areas. The client basis is half international and half local.
